The present monograph provides criteria for determining the species of the genus Abramis with detailed description of A. bjoerkna. The authors of both monographs hope that the taxonomy of the lineage Abramin will be also discussed during a seminar devoted to the origin, affinity and classification of the widely understood biology as well as time- and space variation of species and genera, including A. bjoerkna.
